You can book an appointment to see Jaclyn at her clinic, Natural Fertility Co, below.

As a new patient please chose a Telehealth Initial. If you are trying to conceive and want to book in together as a couple please chose Telehealth Inital Couple.

If you have already been working with Jaclyn in the last 12 months and need a follow up appointment to check on your progress please choose a 30 min Return Appointment for one person or an Extended Return Appointment for a couple. If it has been more than 12 months since you have had an appointment with Jaclyn or you know you will need longer than 30 mins to track your progress and talk through your concerns please choose an Extended Return Appointment.

Please make sure that once you have pressed “Select” and have moved to choosing the date and time for your appointment that you check the calender is showing options in your time zone. You will find the time zone selector in the top right corner under the words “Booking Summary”.
